Another feature that can be very useful for troubleshooting issues is problem step recorder. This allows user to recreate and record steps leading to the issue that user is having. The result is recorded and saved in a zipped file which can then be attached to an email. This allows user to send the report to a tech person or a tech savy friend to troubleshoot the matter further and find out whats wrong or what wrong the user might be doing, if any.One way to access the recorder is to type problem recorder in the search box as shown in figure and it gives you the option right on top.
Problem recorder window has 3 straight forward options, start, stop and comments. Comments allows user to enter is own comments if any to the recording.
